■ How to Use
The contents may be settled, so shake gently before opening the cap. Pour approximately 10mL (indicated by the measurement line inside the cap) into your mouth. Rinse for about 20 seconds, then spit out. No need to rinse with water after use. For best results, use after brushing your teeth in the morning and evening (twice a day). This product is not a toothpaste, so please continue your daily tooth brushing routine.
