Per daily dose of 0.75g of this product: Japanese Pharmacopoeia Senna powder, amount: 0.75g
▼Efficacy and effects
Constipation. Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: headache, feeling of heat, skin troubles, pimples, loss of appetite (reduced appetite), abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids.
▼Usage and dosage
Adults (15 years and older) / Dose: 0.375g to 0.75g
Take the above amount once daily before bedtime. However, for the first time, use the minimum amount, and gradually increase or decrease depending on bowel movement and condition. One attached spoonful is approximately 0.375g.
For ages 11 to under 15: two-thirds of the adult dose
For ages 7 to under 11: half of the adult dose
Do not take if under 7 years old
