1. Boil plenty of water (about 2 liters or more per serving of noodles). Add the noodles and cook to your desired firmness (firm: 1 minute, soft: 2-3 minutes).2. Rinse thoroughly in cold water, drain well, and place in a bowl.3. Dilute the special soup with cold water (approx. 200cc) and pour over the noodles. Adding a little vinegar will give it a refreshing taste.4. For added deliciousness, include toppings such as napa cabbage kimchi or kkakdugi kimchi, chashu pork or grilled meat, boiled egg, vegetables (cucumber, radish sprouts), and fruits (watermelon, apple, pear).
