This is a salt offering that does not require daily replacement. It is often used for air purification, exorcism, good luck, warding off evil, and spirit removal. It comes with a wooden base.
This precious sacred salt has been purified by priests at the Tokyo Branch Shrine of Izumo Taisha Shrine and the Izumo Taisha Shrine of Hitachi Province.
It can be placed not only at the entrance but also in living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and water areas such as toilets. It can be washed with water when dirty, allowing you to maintain a clean state. Some people also place it in Kimon (northeast) and Ura Kimon (southwest) directions.
We recommend replacing it every six months to one year. It is also a good idea to replace it at the beginning of a new life or during a turning point in your work or family life. Some people also replace it when they experience a period of bad luck or slump.
