Manufactures and sells soy sauce, miso, and pickles in Ashikita. Founded over 90 years ago, it is said to have started as a business in Ashikita, a hub for maritime transport.
The previous generation moved from Saga to Ashikita. Currently, in addition to the sweet soy sauce "Oimatsu," they also produce and sell barley miso, souvenirs of "Kanzuke," a specialty of Minamata and Ashikita,
and are also focusing on developing new products such as "Salad-zu" and "Ebi in Tsuyu" made with local shrimp.
