「イッツ・ア・スモールワールド」は、もともと1964年のニューヨーク万国博覧会のユニセフのパビリオンのために、ディズニーが制作したアトラクション。
万博で大好評を博し、その後1966年に、カルフォルニアのディズニーランド・パークに移設されました。
今回発売されるレコードには、1964年のニューヨーク万国博覧会用にレコーディングされ、ディズニーランドへの移設後も使用されていた貴重なオリジナル音源を収録。
しかも、アトラクションの待機エリアに流れていたBGMや、体験後にゲストをお見送りするBGMもあわせて収録したファン待望の完全版!
1963年にポール・ハートレーによって描かれたクラシックなポスターアートを使用したLPサイズのピクチャーレーベル仕様でレコード化!
