* The noodles are made with domestic wheat flour, using a unique method that does not use kansui, resulting in noodles that rehydrate well and are resistant to becoming mushy. Vegetable oil is used for frying. Enjoy the firm texture and smooth mouthfeel.
* The special soup is made with plenty of chicken broth, and finished with the deliciousness of soy sauce made from non-genetically modified soybeans and the umami of vegetables. The soup, which brings out the full flavor of chicken without using chemical seasonings, is further enhanced by the aroma of fragrant sesame seeds and generously chopped green onions.
* Sugar is coarse sugar that retains its umami, and salt is sea salt containing bittern.
* This product is not packaged in a cup to be environmentally friendly. Please serve in your own bowl, such as a donburi.
How to Prepare and Use:
1. Place the noodles in a bowl, ensuring they do not overlap. Place the noodles with the wider, flatter side facing up in the bowl. *Warming the bowl beforehand will enhance the flavor.
2. Add the enclosed special soup to the bowl, pour in approximately 400ml (about 2 cups) of hot water, and cover with plastic wrap or a lid. *Adjust the amount of water to your preference for desired flavor intensity.
3. Ready to eat after 3 minutes. For an even more delicious experience, add ingredients like egg or roasted pork to your liking.
* When cooking in a pot, add the noodles and soup to boiling water and simmer for about 1 minute. *Adjust the noodle firmness to your preference by adjusting the cooking time.
