This ramen features noodles fried in vegetable oil without the use of kansui (alkaline mineral water) and a special soup.

It is easy to prepare by simply pouring hot water and waiting for 3 minutes.

- The noodles are made with domestically produced wheat flour, using an original manufacturing method that ensures good rehydration and resistance to becoming soft, without using kansui. The frying oil is vegetable oil, allowing you to enjoy a firm texture and smooth mouthfeel.

- The special soup is rich in chicken broth, made with soy sauce from non-GMO soybeans and enhanced with the umami of vegetables. It contains no chemical seasonings, allowing the natural flavor of chicken to shine. The aroma of fragrant sesame and large chopped green onions further enhance the flavor.

- Sugar is made from coarse sugar that retains umami, and salt is sea salt containing nigari.

- This product is environmentally conscious and does not come in a cup. Please serve in a bowl from your home, such as a donburi.

How to prepare and use:

1. Place the noodles in a bowl, ensuring they do not tilt. Place the flatter side of the noodles facing up. *For better taste, it is recommended to warm the bowl beforehand.*

2. Add the included special soup to the bowl, pour approximately 400 ml of hot water (about 2 cups), then cover with plastic wrap or a lid. *Adjust the amount of hot water to your preferred saltiness.*

3. After 3 minutes, it is ready. For an even more delicious taste, you may add eggs, roasted pork, or other toppings as desired.

*If cooking in a pot, boil the noodles and soup in boiling water for about 1 minute. Adjust the cooking time to your preferred noodle firmness.*
