The organic dried noodles are crafted by artisans from Akita Prefecture, famous for making Inaniwa udon, through dedicated research and effort.

These non-fried noodles are dried at low temperatures over time, and the broth, which uses carefully selected salt, adheres well to the noodles.

No animal-derived ingredients are used.

In addition to the organic JAS certification mark, the product has also obtained vegan certification. It uses environmentally conscious paper containers.

1. Remove the noodles, broth, and toppings.

2. Take out the noodles and toppings from the bag and transfer them to the container.

3. Slowly pour hot water (about 360ml) up to just below the inner line and cover with the lid.

4. After 3 minutes, add the broth, stir well, and enjoy.
