古式製法を誠実に伝える天然醸造濃口醤油。国産原料使用。一般の仕込に比べ大豆を2割増しで仕込むので、旨味風味が格段によい。江戸時代から続く醸造蔵の蔵つき酵母が醸し出す滋味あふれ香り豊かな、しっかりとした味の中にまろやかな柔らか味のある醤油。特に煮物に。タレやかけ醤油としてももちろん美味。

煮物からタレ、さっぱりとしたつけ醤油までオールラウンドにお使いいただけます。

古式じょうゆは、酵母の生きている醤油です。 開栓後は冷蔵保存をお願いします。 表面に白いカビ状のものが発生することがあります。 これは、産膜酵母菌という人体には無害な酵母菌です。 ただし、そのままにしておくと風味を損なう場合がありますので すくい取るか、布で漉（こ）して下さい。
