**How to Use**
For homemade curry, use approximately 2-3 teaspoons per serving.
For a more fragrant curry, marinate meat with it as a pre-seasoning or add a small amount at the end.

Turmeric is essential for curry, not only for its color but also for its flavor. This product uses a balanced blend of vibrant Indian turmeric (75%) and fragrant Amami Oshima turmeric (25%).
**No Onion or Garlic Used**
By not adding alliums, the aroma is finished to be refreshing. It can be safely used by Oriental vegetarians. If you do not have dietary restrictions, you can add onions and garlic during cooking to achieve a richer and more robust flavor.
**Moderate Spiciness**
The spiciness is almost the same as our previously sold Special Blend Pure Curry Powder. While too much spiciness can be problematic, a curry without any spiciness can also be unsatisfying.
