Usage Instructions
Since "Koshiki Jōyu" (traditional soy sauce) inherently has umami, it is sufficiently flavorful with a small amount of dashi. Please use it especially for simmered vegetables, simmered fish, and as a sauce. Try quickly dipping roasted seaweed in "Koshiki Jōyu" and wrapping it with rice to enjoy. The simpler, the more the flavor stands out. Also, "Koshiki Jōyu" is perfect for the recently popular "egg over rice" dish.
