玉川大学文学部芸術学科演劇専攻出身。インプロ★ワークス代表。インプロヴァイザー。俳優。ワークショップ・リーダー。劇団遊◎機械全自動シアターにて、飯島由美として数々の舞台を踏む。退団後も俳優として、舞台・TV・映画など、国内外で活躍中。1996年、「インプロ★ワークス」を設立。大人から子どもまで、俳優希望者のインプロ・ワークから仲間づくりまで、幅広い枠での即興・表現ワークショップを各地で行っている。即興パフォーマンスへの出演・演出・指導も積極的に行っており、自らのグループ「イエローマン・グループ」は、バイリンガル・即興パフォーマンスグループ。1999年、主演映画「メモリー・アンド・ディザイアー」の演技に対して、ストックホルム国際映画祭で主演女優賞、ニュージーランドではベスト外人パ
