The Rainbow Blade is equipped with a "Glide Eye" that allows the chatter blade to move back and forth.
The blade automatically moves back and forth depending on the retrieve speed, moving to the position where it receives the most efficient water resistance.
This mechanism allows the blade to continue moving by receiving water even during a curved fall with slack line.
During a complete free fall with no tension, the blade folds completely towards the body and falls straight down.
