- An extract from the root of Kanoko sowthistle (Oenothera), with sedative effects.
- Hop extract (equivalent to 0.852g of hops): 60mg
- An extract from the hop cone (Cannabaceae), with sedative effects.
- Choutoukou (Coptis chinensis) extract (equivalent to 0.45g): 45mg
- An extract from the stem and branches of the climbing plant (Apocynaceae), with sedative effects.

Contains excipients such as hydroxypropyl cellulose, CMC-Ca, calcium lactate, anhydrous silica, potato starch, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate, yellow No. 4 (Tartrazine), and blue No. 1.
