"Sapporo Black Soybean, Grilled Squid Soy Sauce Black Bean" uses Sapporo black soybeans harvested from Otsuka Farm in Tobetsu Town, Hokkaido, through contract farming (a cultivation method where the number of pesticide applications is 50% or less and the amount of nitrogen from chemical fertilizers is 50% or less compared to regional conventional levels).
Using our unique "warm air roasting" method, the black beans are not hard and have a crispy texture, allowing you to enjoy black beans like a snack.
