【About Choosing a Memorial Tablet】
It is best to choose a size that matches the size of your Buddhist altar.
Generally, sizes from 4.0 sun (small altar) to 4.5 sun (medium altar) are popular. Sizes over 5.0 sun suit large altars.
Carefully measure whether the selected memorial tablet can be placed in the space for housing the memorial tablet (usually on the second tier from the top, left and right of the Buddhist altar).

The size of memorial tablets is generally expressed in "sun," such as 4 sun or 4.5 sun. One sun equals 3.03 cm.
For example, a 4-sun memorial tablet has a "plate height" approximately equal to 4 (sun) × 3.03 (cm) = 12.12 cm.
