Ichijiku enema 30E has a longer nozzle and the accordion part can bend, making it much easier to use.

Hold the nozzle with one hand and carefully unscrew the cap while pressing gently. *Caution: When removing the cap, pressing the main body of the container strongly may cause the medicated liquid to splash out.
＜How to use＞
1. Remove the cap from the container, check that there are no scratches or burrs on the insertion part, and insert into the anus. (If insertion is difficult, point the container's insertion part straight up, gently push out some medicated liquid, and moisten the tip to make insertion easier.)
2. Squeeze the container slowly while injecting the medicated liquid.
3. After injecting the medicated liquid, wait until the urge to defecate becomes strong enough, then defecate.
● Be careful not to insert forcibly, as this may damage the rectal mucosa. (Note: The nozzle is longer than the conventional product by Ichijiku Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., so please use with caution.)
● During winter, warming the container in warm water (around 40°C) to near body temperature can make for a more comfortable experience.
