Please note that they cannot be attached to high heels; for those, please use 5-spike crampons.

・Precautions for use: Do not use for serious winter mountain ice and snow climbing.
Depending on the snow conditions, snow may clump and adhere to the crampons. In such cases, remove the snow with a pole or other tool before walking (this product does not have snow plates to prevent snow from adhering).
Attach according to the instructions and start walking only after confirming that the crampons are securely fixed to the shoes.
After use, wash with water to remove mud, sand, de-icing agents, oil, salt, etc., and dry thoroughly before storing.
