＜マテ茶豆知識＞
マテ茶は、南米が原産地で現地ではコーヒー、紅茶に並んで有名です。
ビタミン類やカルシウムなどの栄養素が多く含まれており、特に、食物繊維はレタスの約25倍含まれているため「飲むサラダ」と呼ばれています。
そのため肉料理の多い南米を中心に昔から親しまれているお茶です。

500mLの沸騰したお湯に1包(3g)を入れ、5分間放置した液100mLについて試験しました。
【お召し上がり方】
★煮出しの場合
沸騰したお湯約500mLにティーバッグ1包(3g)を入れ、5～10分間煮出した後、ティーバッグを取り出しお飲みください。
★水出しの場合
300mL～500mLの水をウォーターポットに入れ、ティーバッグ1包(3g)をお好みの色がでるまで浸してください。
★急須やカップの場合
ご使用の急須やカップにティーバッグ1包(3g)を入れ、お飲みいただく量のお湯を注ぎお飲みください。
【保存方法】
直射日光、高温多湿をさけて保存してください。
【注意】
・原材料は加熱処理を行っていますが、開封後はお早めにお召し上がりください。
・本品は天産物ですので、ロットにより煎液の色、味が多少異なることがあります。また煮出し方によっては、ニゴリを生じることがありますが、品質には問題ございません。
・体質によってはお腹がゆるくなることがございます。
