デンマーク不動の国民的ロック・バンド、ディジー・ミズ・リジーのフロントマンであるティム・クリステンセンは、バンドが一度解散後した1998年以降はソロ・アーティストとして活動していた。元来ビートルDNAなソングライターで、ビートルズ筆頭にXTC、クラウデッド・ハウス、ジェリーフィッシュ、エリオット・スミスなどに影響を受けてきた彼らしく、ソロではヴィンテージ機材を多用したアナログ感溢れるパワー・ポップやメランコリックなバラードを多く披露している。1人のアーティストとしても見事に高い評価を得たティムが2003年に発表した2ndアルバムが本作。デンマーク・チャートで１位、「デンマーク・ミュージック・アワード」では＜最優秀アルバム＞＜最優秀男性アーティスト＞＜最優秀プロデューサー＞の3部門で受賞するなどソロで最も成功した作品となった。本作収録のTr-7は母国のTVドラマ主題歌に起用され大ヒット、後にセリーヌ・ディオンがカヴァーしている。この20周年記念盤はボーナス・トラック5曲（1曲はオリジナル発売時の日本盤にも収録）を追加した最新リマスター盤で、本国ではデジタルとアナログLPで昨年発売、CD化はこの日本盤が初となる。
