Inaniwa Temomi Udon is made using only high-quality wheat flour, water, and salt, and is carefully finished using traditional hand-stretching techniques passed down through generations under strict natural conditions. Its characteristics are a smooth texture, a chewy bite, and a rich flavor. Due to the unique hand-stretching method, there is no oxidation or deterioration, and it can be enjoyed for 3 months to 2 years after production.
How to cook Inaniwa Temomi Udon:1. Measure approximately 80-100g per serving. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.2. Once boiling, add the udon noodles, separating them as you add them.3. Stir gently and occasionally, being careful to prevent the noodles from sticking together.4. When the noodles become translucent after about 3-4 minutes, quickly drain them in a colander.5. Rinse thoroughly under cold running water, drain, and serve hot or cold.
*Please be careful not to overcook the hand-stretched udon, as its unique flavor is its best feature.It can be made even more delicious by adding your favorite toppings such as green onions, nameko mushrooms, or wild vegetables.
