Hokuso Railway 7000 Series 8-Car Set A-2172 MICRO ACE Private Railway/Third Sector Train
The Hokuso Railway 7000 series, which was prepared at the time of its opening as a means of transportation for residents of Chiba New Town, was characterized by its distinctive front end. When the line first opened, its rails were connected to the Shin-Keisei Electric Railway at Kitahatsufuna, allowing it to run to Matsudo. However, after the line extended to Keisei-Takasago in 1991 and began operating through the Asakusa Line to the Keikyu Line, its service on the Shin-Keisei Line was discontinued the following year. Although it has a stainless steel body, it is a semi-stainless steel structure because Japan Car Company, which manufactured it, did not possess the technology for all-stainless steel construction at the time. The intermediate cars added in 1991, however, are of all-stainless steel construction, similar to the Keisei 3500 series within the same Keisei Group. It met the specifications for operation on the Asakusa Line, and after the opening of Haneda Airport Station, it frequently operated on the Airport Line. Due to corrosion at the contact points between stainless steel and the mild steel frame, a consequence of its semi-stainless steel structure, and its inability to cope with the increased speeds on the Hokuso Line, it was retired in 2006. Before the opening to Takasago, it underwent general inspections at the Keisei Sogo Workshop via the Shin-Keisei Line, and test runs were also conducted on the Keisei Main Line.

Case sleeve is missing. The intermediate coupler has been replaced with a Tomix BMTN close-coupled coupler, gray SP. The original Arnold coupler pocket is missing. The light unit for car number 7003 is missing. Therefore, the lights will not illuminate. KATO coupler B-JP adapter, Arnold coupler for the front, and destination stickers are included.
