These retro-cute biscuits are made using a mold from the 1970s. This is the pistachio flavor from the "KomeMitsu Biscuit" series, which uses Kanazawa's traditional Jiroame (rice malt syrup) and has a gentle sweetness derived from beet sugar, Jiroame (rice malt syrup), and brown rice amazake.
Dairy-free and egg-free.
We named the gentle sweetness obtained by fermenting rice "KomeMitsu" (rice honey).
