『アズール：サマーパビリオン ミニ』は、ゲームのルールは通常版と同じですが、
簡単に持ち運びができるようにゲーム全体を小さくし、旅先でもプレイしやすいように工夫されたミニバージョンになります。
このゲームでは、プレイヤーは工房に展示されているひし形のタイルを選択し、サマーパビリオンの床を造り上げていきます。
全6ラウンドの間に、プレイヤーは貴重で高価なタイルを無駄にしないよう心掛け、戦略的に配置することで勝利点を獲得します。
ゲーム終了時に、最も多くの勝利点を獲得したプレイヤーが勝者です。
タイルの選択方法は基本的には「アズール」と同様ですが、
ラウンドごとに異なる、どの色のタイル配置のコストとしても使用できるワイルド色のタイルの選択が加わり、
「アズール」とは違った達成感を味わうことができます。簡単なルールと高度な戦略性に加え、見た目も美しいゲームです。
