Hitachi's unique (1) ceramic plate and hot air envelop ingredients and heat them all at once. vLocks in flavor and bakes deliciously. Using microwave, oven, superheated steam, and grill, it bakes the surface until crispy, making meat dishes juicy and fish dishes fluffy.
Quickly select from 4 menus: beef, pork, chicken, and fish.
Side vegetables can also be cooked together. Basic seasoning is salt and pepper.
You can enjoy your favorite flavors by pre-marinating and baking, or by making a sauce and arranging it.
