Precautions for Use
- Do not use if you are:
1. Experiencing heat in the affected area due to contusions, sprains, etc.
2. Unable to peel off the product by yourself.
3. Having blood circulation disorders in the hands or feet.
4. Diabetic.
- Do not use on the following areas:
1. Mucous membranes
2. Eczema, rashes, wounds
3. Face
4. Areas where medication has been applied
- Do not reuse sheets after one use.
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you:
1. Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or cosmetics before.
- If any of the following symptoms appear, immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson:
Skin rash, redness, itching, dermatitis, irritation, low-temperature burns, skin peeling

Usage and Dosage
- Apply to the affected area once daily for up to 6 hours.
- Do not use during sleep.
- Do not compress the sheet with supporters, belts, or other devices after application. Also, avoid sleeping or sitting with the applied area facing downward, as this can cause strong compression and increase the risk of low-temperature burns.
- Do not use in high-temperature environments such as under blankets, futons, or inside kotatsu, as the temperature may rise excessively.
- If you feel abnormal heat or discomfort, remove the sheet immediately. Be aware that skin may peel if low-temperature burns have occurred; remove slowly.
- Be especially cautious when applying to areas with reduced sensation, such as the buttocks, to prevent low-temperature burns.
- People with particularly sensitive skin should avoid applying the sheet repeatedly on the same spot.

Storage and Handling Precautions
