*The size of the filter installed in each product varies. When purchasing, please check the product name and be careful not to make a mistake.
*This HEPA filter has a special structure with an added carbon layer. Customers using the AC1 do not need to purchase a separate carbon filter if they use this HEPA filter.
*Customers using the AH1: Although this new filter may look different from the HEPA filter originally installed in your product, please use this new filter. Compared to conventional filters, it has an added carbon layer with deodorizing performance, thus improving deodorizing performance.
*To enhance air purification effects, the filter size is designed to fit the product perfectly. You may feel it is a tight fit when inserting the filter into the product, but it is fine to insert it as is.
*When removing the filter, please use the black ribbon part.
