The genuine Chikuzen Hakata weaving is
a silk fabric produced in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and its surrounding areas.
It features geometric patterns based on one of the Buddhist ritual implements, the dokko and flower dishes.
Since Chikuzen lord Nagamasa Kuroda presented it to the shogunate during the Edo period,
it is also called Hakata presentation or presented Hakata.
It is woven in a technique called 'ke-une weaving,' which makes the horizontal ridges stand out.
Because it uses 30 to 60 thin warp threads, it has firmness and resilience,
a stiff texture, and a glossy appearance.
It is said to be a belt that is properly tightened, hard to loosen, and easy to tie.
This is a very high-quality item.
We are offering it at a low price, so please take this opportunity.
