there are no particularly noticeable stains or dirt, and it is in very good condition.

The authentic Chikuzen Hakata Ori is a silk fabric produced in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
It features a geometric pattern based on the trident and flower dish, which are Buddhist ritual implements.
Since Chikuzen domain lord Nagamasa Kuroda presented it to the shogunate during the Edo period,
it is also called Hakata Presentation or Presentation Hakata.
The warp threads wrap around the weft threads, with only the warp threads visible on the surface,
creating a weave called 'okoe-ori' where the horizontal ridges stand out.
Using 30 to 60 thin warp threads, it has firmness and stiffness, a firm texture, and a glossy appearance.
It is said to be a belt that is properly tightened, difficult to loosen, and easy to tie.
