This is a straight-type demiglace sauce that can be used as is after heating. It contains a broth made by simmering vegetables and beef, with sweet and sour apple juice and butter added, and has a rich flavor enhanced by the aroma of red wine. Just a light simmer provides a depth of flavor and umami reminiscent of aging. It can be used directly as a sauce poured over hamburg steak, omurice, or chicken cutlet after warming, and also combined with meat and vegetables for stews such as hashed beef, simmered hamburg, or beef stew. *It does not contain flavor enhancers (amino acids, etc.).
