＜Restrictions＞
- Please connect this product directly to the main Type-C port of your computer. It cannot be used with USB hubs or expanded USB ports.
- Although this product supports USB PD (Power Delivery), it does not support all USB Type-C devices (PD-compatible).
- Regarding removal and connection, it is basically plug-and-play, but occasionally, due to timing errors in USB recognition, it may not display correctly or may not operate properly. Please try disconnecting and reconnecting. This is not a defect or malfunction of the product.
- This product is intended to be used with Windows OS or Mac OS in operation. It will not function (display) during system startup or on the BIOS screen.
- Even if the device and connection environment are compatible, it may not operate normally.
- When connecting products compliant with USB 2.0/1.1 standards, please note that the maximum transfer speed will be limited to the slower standard.
- Compatibility and operation are not guaranteed with all USB Type-C devices.
- Although this product supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.1/3.0) standards, the transfer speed (5Gbps) is the standard value.
