井伊 直虎（いい なおとら）は、戦国時代から安土桃山時代にかけての遠江井伊谷の領主。
井伊直虎は、戦国時代、井伊谷（現・北区引佐町）を本拠地として栄えた井伊家の当主を務め、優れた政治手腕によって、一族断絶の危機を救った人物。
「井伊直虎」という名の人物についての同時代史料は一通の書状しか存在しないが、通説では江戸時代中期の享保15年（1730年）に書かれた井伊氏の家伝『井伊家伝記』において、女性ながら井伊家当主になったと記載された井伊直盛の娘・次郎法師（じろうほうし）と同一人物とされる。次郎法師は井伊直親と婚約したといわれるが生涯未婚で、直親の遺児で後の徳川四天王-井伊直政の養母と伝わる。
