【Usage Instructions】【Method of Use】(1) Fill the device with liquid- Fill with cleansing solution up to the measuring line (50mL for both nostrils), attach the nozzle cap with the tube installed.- Confirm that the tube inside the container is facing downward.(▽△ mark aligned with the cap)(2) Flow the liquid into the nose- Hold the cleansing device with the side marked with the ▽ mark facing up, fit it into the nostril.- Tilt slightly downward, press the central part of the bottle to flow the cleansing solution into the nose, and rinse both nostrils.※ The cleansing solution may also flow out from the same nostril or from the mouth.- Spit out any cleansing solution that flows into the mouth.- Use 1 to 3 times a day as a guideline.
【Precautions for Use】- Do not use while tilting your head upward. Do not blow your nose forcefully after rinsing. [There is a risk that the cleansing solution may enter the middle ear and cause otitis media]- After removing the nozzle from the nose, loosen your hand to prevent backflow of the cleansing solution.- Since the cleansing solution will flow out from the nose and mouth, it is recommended to use over a sink or similar.- If you forcefully flow the cleansing solution or strongly inhale it through the nose, you may experience pain.- When the cleansing solution is finished, please purchase the separately sold "Hananoa Dedicated Cleansing Solution".

【ご使用について】【使用方法】(1)器具に液を入れる・目盛り線(50mL両鼻分)を目安に洗浄液を入れ、チューブを装着したノズルキャップをつけてください。・容器内のチューブが下向きになっているのをご確認ください。(▽△のマークがあうようにキャップをしめる)(2)液を鼻の中に流し込む・ボトル本体の▽のマークがある方を上に洗浄器具を持ち、鼻の穴にフィットさせてください。・少し下を向き、ボトル本体の中央部を押して洗浄液を鼻の中に流し込み、左右の鼻を洗浄してください。※洗浄液は同じ鼻の穴や、口からも出ます。・口に流れ込んだ洗浄液は、吐き出してください。・1日1～3回を目安に使用してください。
【使用上の注意】・上を向いて使用しないでください。また洗浄後、強く鼻をかまないでください。[耳の内部に洗浄液が入り、中耳炎になる恐れがある]・洗浄液の逆流を防ぐため、ノズルを鼻から外した後で手をゆるめてください。・洗浄液が鼻や口から流れ落ちますので、洗面台等で使用することをおすすめします。・洗浄液を勢いよく流し込んだり、鼻から洗浄液を強く吸い込むと、鼻に痛みを感じる場合があります。・洗浄液を使い切った際は、「ハナノア専用洗浄液」(別売)をお買い求めください。
