【Usage Instructions】【Usage Method, etc.】(1) When using for the first time, turn and remove the spray part from the spray body, and pour the cleaning solution up to the dotted line.(2) Reattach the spray part and tighten securely by turning.(3) Remove the cap and press the spray several times until the cleaning solution comes out.(4) Gently insert the nozzle tip into the nostril and spray about 5 times on each side to clean the nasal cavity.(5) After cleaning, gently blow your nose, clean the nozzle, attach the cap, and store in the included storage bag.(6) When the cleaning solution in the spray body runs out, refill it.*No separate sales of cleaning solution.

【ご使用について】【使用方法等】(1)初めて使用する際はスプレー本体からスプレー部分を回して取り外し、洗浄液を点線の位置まで注いでください。(2)スプレー部分を元にもどし、しっかり回して締めてください。(3)キャップを取り外し、洗浄液が出るまでスプレーを数回押してください。(4)ノズル先端を軽く鼻腔に入れ左右5回前後スプレーし、鼻腔内を洗浄してください。(5)洗浄後は軽く鼻をかみ、ノズルを清潔にしてキャップをはめ、付属の収納袋に入れて保管してください。(6)スプレー本体の洗浄液がなくなったら詰め替えてください。※洗浄液の別売りはありません。
【使用上の注意】●使用する際は洗浄液が鼻腔から流れ落ちるのでご注意ください。●ノズルを鼻の奥まで入れないでください。●鼻腔以外には使用しないでください。●本人以外は使用しないでください。（感染症を予防する為）●使用開始後は3ヶ月を目安に使い切ってください。●洗浄液が無くなったら器具は廃棄してください。
