地域によって異なりますが、中国地方では抹茶入り茎茶のことを「白折」と呼びます。
旨味成分アミノ酸と抹茶を配合することにより、熱湯でも簡単に淹れる事ができるお手軽なお茶です。
白玉は国産茶葉と鹿児島県産「ゆたかみどり」をブレンドした茶葉に宇治産の抹茶とアミノ酸を配合しました。とろっとした旨味の強い味です。
茶葉：茶色の茎部分のため、棒状
水色：抹茶の濃い鮮やかな緑色
原材料・成分
茶（静岡県産）、抹茶（静岡県産）、調味料（アミノ酸等）、発色剤（重曹）
使用方法
①充分に沸騰させたお湯を湯のみに注いで、さまします。（80℃）急須に茶葉（3人分で大さじで軽く2杯）を入れ、さましたお湯を注ぎ30秒程待ちます。②湯のみに、少しづつ均等にまわし注ぎ、最後の一滴まで注ぎきります。
