かつお節をベースに、さば節、むろあじ節、いわし煮干しなどをブレンドしているため、素材の旨味を活かした上品なだしがとれます。吸物、みそ汁、煮物、天つゆ、茶碗蒸し、そば・うどんのつけつゆ、かけつゆなどの料理でご使用ください。＜使用方法＞４Ｌの水を強火にかけ、沸騰させ、本品１袋をそのまま入れます。火を弱めて１０分程煮出した後、火を止めて袋を取り出します。
