Salt made from seawater in the salt marshes of Guérande, located in the southern part of the Brittany Peninsula in France. It is harvested by skilled salt workers during the summer months when the seawater in the salt marshes crystallizes. This sun-dried salt, with its subtle sweetness and rich flavor, has been processed into a powder suitable for confectionery and baking.
