It is simple to prepare: just stir-fry meat and vegetables, then add this sauce.
Garlic and ginger are 100% domestically produced organic ingredients.
The soy sauce is an organic honjozo soy sauce brewed from domestically produced organic whole soybeans (non-GMO) and wheat, matured for over a year.
Sweetness is achieved using organic sugar and organic grape juice.
Organic corn starch (made from non-GMO corn) is used.
Organic rice fermented seasoning is made from domestically produced organic rice, rice malt, and water, fermented with sake yeast to produce organic pure rice cooking sake (salted type).
Sea salt used is Shima salt.
Oyster extract made from oysters sourced from Hiroshima is used.
No chemical seasonings, protein hydrolysates, yeast extracts, or coloring agents are used.
By simply stir-frying peppers, meat, and bamboo shoots, then adding this product, you can easily prepare a delicious dish.
◆ How to make Chinjao Rosu (serves 2-3)
[Ingredients]
- Green peppers (julienned): 4 medium (about 100g)
- Beef or pork (julienned): about 100g
- Boiled bamboo shoots (julienned): about 100g
1. Stir-fry the vegetables
Heat oil in a frying pan, then stir-fry the green peppers and bamboo shoots. After quickly cooking, remove and set aside on a separate plate.
2. Stir-fry the meat and add this product
Add oil again to the heated pan, stir-fry the meat carefully so it doesn't burn, and once cooked through, turn off the heat. Add this product and stir-fry over medium heat to coat the meat.
3. Return the vegetables
Add the vegetables back into the pan and stir-fry together. It is ready to serve.
