**Product Features**
* **Shave butter thinly and fluffily like a plane.*** Finished with an etched blade that is 0.25mm thick. It shaves butter thinly and fluffily, just like a plane.* The side with the "Seki EDGE" logo is the front.* Pressing the center of the blade with your index finger makes it easier to apply force, but please be very careful not to catch your finger on the serrated blade.* *The blade is made of SUS301 stainless steel spring material, so it bends well, but applying excessive force can cause the blade to bend and not return to its original shape. Please use it by applying appropriate force to shave the butter.*
* **Easy to grip ingredients with the serrated blade.*** The fine serrated blade with a 1mm pitch grips ingredients firmly without slipping.* This is a convenient blade that can also cut ham, sausages, tomatoes, and cucumbers. The thin 0.5mm blade bends well and can also be used as a knife to spread dip sauce or butter on bread.
* **Dishwasher safe*** It will not deform at temperatures between 60-80°C, but please be careful with temperature settings as temperatures above 90°C can cause deformation or breakage.
**Product Specifications**
* Knife body: 17-7 Stainless Steel (SUS301)* Handle: Polypropylene resin* Total length/weight: L168mm / 23g* Country of origin: Made in Japan
**Precautions for Use**
* This is a cutting tool, so please handle it with extreme care.* The blade is 0.5mm thick and made of stainless steel to allow for flexibility, so do not use it on hard items such as bones or frozen foods. Attempting to cut or pry with excessive force can cause the blade to bend or chip, which is very dangerous.* Please wash with a neutral detergent before use. When washing, lather a sponge with neutral detergent, fold the knife in half, and wash by gripping the back side (where there is no blade). Washing from the blade side can cut the sponge and, in the worst case, your hand, so please absolutely avoid doing so.* After use, wipe off any dirt with a cloth and store it cleanly. Leaving dirt or moisture on the blade can cause rust.* Absolutely do not use chlorine-based detergents. Also, if you cut foods with high salt or acid content, such as pickles or lemons, wash off the dirt promptly. This can cause rust or discoloration, so please be careful.* Keep out of reach of children. Also, avoid storing it in places where it could fall to the floor.
