ゴーヤーのほどよい苦味が美味しいお茶。ゴーヤーの種に含有されている『共役リノール酸』がきっかけに、ブームを巻き起こしたゴーヤー茶。味も香りも文句なし。ゴーヤーをスライスし、種もまるごと焙煎している。
使用方法
〈ティーポット等で手軽に〉ゴーヤー茶を湯飲み茶碗やティーポットに入れ、熱湯を注ぎ、軽く回し、お好みの濃さになりましたらお召し上がり下さい。〈煮出す場合〉500cc～600cc(コップ3杯程)の水の中にゴーヤー茶を2包入れ、沸騰したら弱火にし、10分程度煮出してお召し上がり下さい。お好みでゴーヤー茶を増減して下さい。暑いので、少し冷ましてからお召し上がり下さい。冬はホットで夏はアイスで毎日続けてお召し上がり下さい。
