How to order name engraving:
After confirming your order, please contact us through "Account Services" > "Order History" > "Sold by: CYNE Inc." > "Ask a question" and provide us with:
1. The text for the name engraving
2. The font
3. The color of the text
Customers who have ordered name engraving will receive an email within 24 hours confirming the engraving details and schedule. If you do not receive the email, please check your email reception settings.
Please note that returns or exchanges of name-engraved products are not accepted, except for initial defects.
