研ぎユニット部にセラミックを使用した、コンパクトなシャープナー。日本が誇る包丁ブランド「GLOBAL」製の、両刃ステンレス包丁用のシャープナーです。【特 長】◆ステンレス製のシンプルなデザイン。◆セラミック製の研ぎ部で、錆の心配もありません。【使用方法】（1）シャープナーを平らな面に置き、片手で本体をしっかりと支えます。（2）包丁の刃部を包丁研器のくぼみに垂直に当てながら、包丁を手前に引いて研ぎます。（3）6～10回程度を目安として、包丁の切れ味が変わらない場合は更に繰り返して研いでください。

●包丁の切れ味が鈍り始めたら、軽く手前に6~10回引いて頂く事で、切れ味を一時期に蘇らせることが出来ます
●包丁に最も適したお手入れ方法は砥石となりますが、砥石で研ぐのは面倒という方は、簡易的な日常使い用としてお勧めです
