- Gift wrapping bags are subject to a fee. (330 yen (tax included) per bag)
- Our store will select the appropriate bag size for the product.
- When ordering, please be sure to order the wrapping bag together with other products.
- Generally, we limit the wrapping bag to one per product.
- Orders for wrapping bags only are not accepted. If you place such an order, we will cancel it.
- If you do not wish to receive a purchase receipt due to the recipient's circumstances, please indicate this in the remarks section when ordering. If no such indication is made, it will be included.
- Some items may not be compatible due to the size or shape of the product, or if the included box is large. In such cases, we may contact you by email to request a reorder.
- If you order multiple products and only one wrapping bag, please be sure to specify in the remarks section which product you would like wrapped.
If no specification is made, the items may be wrapped together, or the wrapping bag may be included unfolded, leaving the customer to wrap it themselves.
Also, depending on the shape and size, it may be difficult to fit multiple items into one bag.
If we cannot make a determination, we will contact you. In that case, please reply as soon as possible.
- If the number of products and the number of wrapping bags ordered differ, please be sure to specify in the remarks section which products you would like wrapped.
If no specification is made, we will either decide to wrap them or include the wrapping bag separately without wrapping.
- If you wish to have the bag and product delivered separately without wrapping, please be sure to indicate this in the remarks section when ordering.
- Returns or exchanges of wrapping bags are not accepted.
