ストーリー
AD2030 May ー 新浜国立公文書館で発生したテロ事件。それから三ヵ月後、公安9課は北端の旧電脳都市ベルタルベに向かっていた。任務は返還記念式典に参加する比留間元大臣暗殺計画の阻止。 荒巻、素子、バトー、トグサ、サイトー、そして4体のタチコマは 北端の地で式典警備の任務につく・・・。
