A game devised by Professor Hiroshi Higashida, a puzzle expert at Kyoto University, where players combine cards with kanji characters to create sets of prefecture names.
Points increase when sets are made with "adjacent prefectures," "regions," or "top 5 in each category!"
Not only does it enhance social knowledge, but it also helps with learning kanji.
【How to Play】
1. Deal 7 cards to each player, and the remaining cards form the draw pile.
2. On your turn, draw one card from the draw pile or another player's discard pile, add it to your hand, and discard one unnecessary card.
3. Repeat step 2, arranging your hand of 8 cards to form sets of prefecture names. Collecting sets like "adjacent prefectures" or "regions" increases your score.
4. The game ends when someone declares victory. Calculate the scores.
5. Play three rounds, and the person with the highest total score wins.
Number of players: 2 to 6
