A card game where players explain a Katakana word without using any Katakana words, and others guess it!
"Tart," "Data," "Policy," "Dramatic" - how would you explain these words without using Katakana? The frustration of not being able to communicate, and the fun of guessing, is what makes this game interesting. This is the second edition, with completely new content for the prompt cards and event cards, in a card game where "no Katakana words are allowed at all"!
The person whose turn it is explains the word on the prompt card "without using any Katakana words." Other players guess the prompt in order of speed. Each player has one chance to answer. If they guess correctly, both the explainer and the correct guesser receive one prompt card each, and the correct guesser becomes the next explainer. Each prompt card is worth one point, and the first person to reach 10 points wins. Event cards, which impose restrictions such as "explain in a haiku-like style within 10 seconds," further liven up the game.
