This is a new regional brand product from Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture, commercialized as "Gensen Kirishima Tea." It contains "Tokujo Kirishima Cha Shiroai," which was certified as a 7-star product by Kirishima Gastronomy Brand "Gensen Kirishima" in 2022.
It is finished using only the tips of the first flush tea leaves of the year, carefully selected for their excellent condition.
It features a rich aroma and an elegant sweetness and umami. Please also enjoy the aroma of the tea leaves by transferring them to a small dish.
