●本剤の有効成分であるジフェンヒドラミンに、人で光過敏症及び皮膚炎が認められたする報告がありますので、皮膚に付着したときは石鹸等でよく洗って下さい。過敏症状があらわれた場合は、使用を中止して下さい。
●動物は患部を舐める習性があるので、本剤をよくすり込み、余分な薬剤はぬぐいとってください。
(犬及び猫に対する注意)
●発赤、腫脹、湿潤などの症状が悪化した場合は、使用を中止し、獣医師に相談して下さい。
●しばらく使用しても症状の改善がみられない場合は、使用を中止し、獣医師に相談して下さい。

●本剤の有効成分であるサルチル酸は、動物実験(ラット/経口投与)で催奇形性作用が報告されているので、妊娠及び妊娠している可能性のある動物における投与の是非について、治療上の有益性が危険性を上まわると判断する場合に使用するなど慎重に判断してください。

●本剤の有効成分であるサリチル酸は、動物実験において変異原性を示したとの報告がある。
