The theatrical project "Project Sekai: Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku" (abbreviated as "Proseka") is set in a town called "Shibuya," a lively hub of subculture centered around music, and in a mysterious space called "Sekai," where people's "true feelings" are reflected. It depicts the story of boys and girls discovering their "true feelings" and "their own song," featuring virtual singers like Hatsune Miku.

In this work, a new "Hatsune Miku" not appearing in the game meets and grows alongside the characters of "Proseka," and this story is fully original, animated by P.A. Works.

**Story**
"Tell me about yourself. Maybe then, I can understand your song."
Hoshino Ichika hears a song by Miku she has never heard before at a CD shop.
She notices an unfamiliar appearance of "Hatsune Miku" on a monitor and instinctively calls out, "Miku!"
Startled by her voice, Miku makes eye contact with Ichika but soon disappears.

Later, after a street live performance, Ichika's smartphone shows the Miku she saw before.
Miku, looking lonely and looking down, quietly shares her story:
She wants to deliver her song to the "owners of her feelings," but no matter how much she sings, her song doesn't reach them.

Seeing Ichika's performance, which delivers songs to many people's hearts at her live shows, Miku thinks that if she learns about Ichika, she might also be able to deliver her song to the "owners of her feelings."
Miku approaches Ichika, smiling and saying, "If it's okay with me," and thus a new story of Hatsune Miku and the boys and girls begins.
